Credit Control for B2B · Last updated 2026
1. Service
Credit Control for B2B ("the App"), provided by WorQFlow Inc. ("we", "us"), helps Shopify merchants set credit limits for B2B companies and block over-limit, overdue, or on-hold orders at checkout, and — on the AR plan — record payments, track accounts receivable, send reminders, and sync invoices to the merchant's own accounting system. The App is software only: it does not hold, move, lend, advance, finance, factor, or purchase funds or receivables, and does not constitute a lender, payment processor, debt collector, or credit bureau. When you use net-terms or accounts-receivable features, you (the merchant) are the sole creditor extending your own trade credit — the App only records and enforces the terms you set and sends reminders on your behalf and in your name. The App is for B2B/commercial use only, is provided on an "as is" basis, and does not constitute financial, legal, tax, or credit advice.
2. Plans & billing
A Free plan supports a limited number of companies. The Pro plan ($19/month, with a 14-day free trial) removes limits. The AR plan ($49/month) adds accounts-receivable automation — statements, dunning reminders, partial-payment recording, per-company net terms, and QuickBooks Online / Xero sync. Billing is handled by Shopify and is subject to Shopify's billing terms.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the App in compliance with Shopify's terms and applicable law. The App assists with credit enforcement but does not constitute financial, legal, or credit advice.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for orders that complete or are blocked due to misconfiguration, third-party outages, or order paths outside the App's control.
5. Termination
You may uninstall the App at any time; doing so cancels billing and triggers deletion of your data per our Privacy Policy.
